Manca Juvan, born 20.06.1981
in Slovenia, has been working as a photojournalist since her youth.
She finished Secondary School for Photography and has been working as
a freelance for the main newspaper publications in Slovenia.
Recently her work's being published mostly in Slovenian biggest daily
DELO and its Saturday supplement.
She's been publishing photographs and stories among others from Nepal,
Cambodia, Thailand, India, Paksitan, USA, Italy, Serbia, Afghanistan.
Since the year 2000, she's been concessioned as a journalist of IFJ/Iternational
Federation of Journalists/Press card No. SL 4361
She prepeared several solo exhibitions and participated in many group
displays home and abroad.
In 2004 she was chosen form 100 candidates as one of 15 who participated
in a workshop run by VII photo agency and Altemus NGO for young photojurnalists
from Eastern Europe.
