In 2006/2007, five(+) Slovene cities decided to enter the contest for European Capital of Culture 2012. Some of them connected to others, some not, concepts are ready, the choosing began, euforia turned into long waiting. The winner gets a big funding for cultural and art events, for making 2012 a dream year. And 'till then? And what about those who don't get chosen? Nothing. That's it. Here. Now. The spoken word, the word of the street. A voice that needs to be heard.
